Phyllis (Borelli) Ursetta was born in Denver, Colorado in the Italian district of old North Denver, now referred to as Potter Highlands. She attended Mt. Carmel School and was a graduate of Westminster High School. Also attended Arapahoe Community College and attended Emily Griffith Opportunity School and the Real Estate Institute where she received her employing Brokers License.
Phyllis began her Real Estate career with Dana Crawford in the early days of the “Loft Craze” in downtown Denver in 1991. She started her own Company, Integrity Realty, in 1992.
Phyllis was inducted into the Million Dollar Round Table by the Denver Board of Realtors. Integrity Realty also earned recognition from Colorado Biz as one of Colorado’s Top 100 Women-Owned Companies for five years running, and one of Colorado’s Top 250 Private Companies for two years.
She continues to be a high producer of Real Estate sales in Denver Colorado and is an expert in the Lodo District and surrounding areas. Her specialty is Lofts and Condos, but she is also involved in single family home and commercial sales.
